Bio

Born in Chongqing in 1977, Li Jun’s first degree was from Chongqing Normal University, where he studied journalism, graduating in 2000. He then travelled to Beijing to study Photography and Digital Media at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, where he graduated in 2006. His work has been exhibited widely, including in the Minsheng Art Museum, He Xiangning Art Museum and in solo shows at Blindspot Gallery, Hong Kong, as well in the Lianzhou International Photography Festival. Li was awarded the New Star Art Award in 2012 and the fifth Three Shadows Photography Award in 2013. He currently lives and works in Chengdu.
