Bio

Born in Shanghai in 1962, Jin Feng studied at Nanjing Normal University, graduating in 1990. His multi-disciplinary work, ranging from painting and photography to performance and large scale installations, has been shown internationally and throughout China. He was one of three artists selected for ‘New Chinese Art’ at Saatchi Gallery, London in 2015, and his work featured in ‘Armory Focus: China’ at the New York Armory Show in 2014. Jin’s installation ‘Chinese Plates’ was shown in ‘Harmonious Society’, an exhibition organised by the Centre for Chinese Contemporary Art for the 2014 Manchester Asia Triennial. Jin Feng lives and works in Shanghai.
